摘　　要：本文主要就高职教育中一种新型重要的人才培养模式即现代学徒制进行探究,先从现代学徒制的概念和基础入手,然后就现代学徒制的实施模式进行探讨和研究,最后对现代学徒制的高技能型人才培养模式所能达到的目标进行论述。This paper mainly in the higher vocational education personnel training mode is a new kind of im- portant modem apprenticeship, start with the concept and the basis of modern apprenticeship, and then discusses the implementation of the modem apprenticeship model and research, finally the high skilled personnel training mode of modem apprenticeship can achieve the target is discussed.
