摘　　要：加强创新型人才队伍建设是落实连云港市"创新型城市建设"和"创新驱动、人才立市"战略的重要举措,也是推动连云港市产业转型升级的重要支撑。阐述了连云港市创新型人才队伍建设现状,分析了连云港市创新型人才建设存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了加快创新型人才建设的对策。Strengthening the building of innovative talents is an important measure to implement the strate- gies of ＂innovative city construction＂ and ＂innovation driven and talent-oriented＇. Meanwhile, it is a sup- port to promote industrial transformation and upgrading of Lianyungang. The paper analyzes the current situations and the main problems of the building of innovative talents of Lianyungang. Based on the find- ings, it raises countermeasures to speed up the building of innovative talents.
