摘　　要：近年来,研究生教育问题一直是教育界的热点问题。然而,研究生专职辅导员对研究生能力培养的影响一直没有达到预期要求。文章从研究生群体的特点出发,分析研究生教育中面临的问题,并提出相应的建议,旨在令广大研究生专职辅导员充分认识研究生教育的重要性,为研究生培养目标的实现做出相应贡献。In recent years, the graduate education has always been the hotspot education issues. However, full-time counselors have not been effective as expected in cultivating the ability of graduate students. The article summarized the characteristics of graduate student groups, and pointed out problems faced in the graduate student education. The author gave some advice in order to make the full-time instructors recognize the importance of graduate education, as well as contribute to achieve the goals of graduate education.
