摘  要:目前已发现多种亚型流感病毒可感染犬,包括H1、H3、H5和H9亚型。其中H3N8和H3N2亚型流感病毒可在犬群中流行,主要引起呼吸道症状。犬流感出现不仅威胁犬的健康,也给公共卫生带来了威胁。本文从生态学特征、病原性、诊断及预防控制等方面对犬流感的最新研究进展进行了综述。Although most incidents of cross-species transmission result in limited onward transmission in a new host,sustained influenza outbreaks have occurred in dogs.Several subtypes of canine influenza viruses,including H1,H3,H5,and H9,have been found in dogs.Recently,the H3N8 and H3N2subtypes of the influenza virus have appeared in domestic dogs,with each circulating widely for several years and mainly causing respiratory symptoms.Canine influenza viruses not only threaten the health of dogs but also threaten public health.People in close contact with infected dogs maybe facilitate the transmission of this virus to humans,leading to a pandemic.The potential risk that canine influenza viruses pose to the human population should be assessed.This review describes advances in the study of canine influenza,including its biological and ecological characterization,its pathogenicity,and its diagnosis and prevention.
