摘  要:针对某"十立柱"深水半潜式起重铺管船概念设计阶段的船型方案,开展了立柱尺寸优化研究,提出优化的"八立柱"船型方案,并从装载与稳性、耐波性能、环境载荷与DP定位能力、建造难易程度与经济性等方面比较了2种船型性能的优劣。对优选出的"八立柱"船型,结合运动性能与气隙分析调整了原生存工况下的吃水,并从J型铺管工艺、压载水调载系统、结构设计等方面对该船的总体设计提出了进一步的优化建议。Based on the conceptual design of a deep water semi-submersible heavy-lift pipe-laying vessel with 10 columns, optimization research on the column size was carried out, and the final optimized scheme with 8 columns was put forward. Comprehensive comparisons of the two vessels in terms of loading and stability, motion performance, environmental loads, DP capability, fabrication difficulty and economy were carried out to verify the performance of the two schemes. According to the motion per- formance and air gap analysis, the original survival draught of the optimized vessel with 8 columns was adjusted. Further optimization suggestions on the overall design were also given regarding the J-lay pipe- laying process, ballast water adjustment system, structure design, etc.
