摘　　要：针对我国目前职务发明人权益保障与激励机制的现状和存在的问题进行了研究,并从创新驱动发展的角度提出了相关建议。为了充分激励创新发明人,必须完善救助机制、完善奖惩机制以及健全法律体系等方面的权益保障与激励机制。In this paper, the current China post inventors rights and interests protection and the status quo of in- centive mechanism and the existing problems are studied, and related Suggestions are put forward from the Angle of innovation driven development. In order to fully motivate innovation inventor, must improve the rescue mechanism, perfect the rewards and punishment mechanism and perfect legal system of rights and interests protection and incen- tive mechanism.
