摘　　要：从知识共享和知识整合的新视角切入,分析了研究生科研创新绩效的影响因素。基于318份问卷层次回归发现,研究生心理资本、知识共享以及知识整合对创新绩效起到显著的正向作用。研究最后提出了提升研究生创新绩效的路径。In this paper, the influencing factors of innovative performance are discussed from the perspective of knowledge sharing and knowledge integration. According to hierarchical regression of 318 questionnaires, we found that psychological capital,knowledge sharing and the integration of knowledge play significant positive role on inno- vation performance. At last, the promotion methods of graduates＇ innovative abilities are developed.
