摘　　要：全面总结阐述了拔尖创新人才内涵和特征,并基于情绪智力和人才素质等相关理论,建构了较为完整的拔尖创新人才素质理论模型,为科学评价拔尖创新人才培养质量提供了理论参考。This paper comprehensively summarizes and expounds the connotation and characteristics of top crea- tive talents, and constructs the comparatively complete theoretical model of top creative talents quality based on some considering theories, such as emotional intelligence, talent quality and so on. This research will provide theory reference to make scientific evaluations about the cultivation quality of top creative talents.
