摘　　要：在高速发展的21世纪,成人教育要适应时代的要求,实现又好又快的发展,培训一批专业化的成人教育管理者显得尤为重要。本文从提升成人教育管理者的专业素质、促进成人教育的发展和构建学习型社会三方面分析成人教育管理者培训的必要性,并在专业发展观念、理论研究、法律制度、培训机构、师资队伍建设、培训课程和方法的改革等方面提出针对性的策略。In the high speed development of twenty first century,adult education to meet the re-quirements of the times,health,sustained and rapid development,training of a number of highly qualified and professional adult education administrators is particularly urgent and important.This paper analyzes the necessity of training of adult education managers from three aspects of improving the pro-fessional quality, the promotion of adult education, the development of adult education and the construction of learning society.In the aspects of training ideas,theoretical research,legal institutions, training institutions,teacher training,training methods and curriculum reform and other aspects of targeted strategies.
