摘  要:为研究设计的检测舱动力学特性,建立检测舱三维模型,进行模态分析,并将分析结果与实际路况进行对比。结果表明:检测舱的变形主要是振动变形,变形主要集中在检测舱中部与窗口处,实际中舱体受碎石路影响大一些。针对以上问题,对舱体进行改进,改进后舱体最大位移由7.574 mm减为4.682 mm,并且其振动频率有了显著改善,证明对检测舱的改进是有效的。In order to study the dynamic characteristic of detection cabin, a three-dimensional model was established. After analyzing the modal and comparing the result with actual situation, it shows that most morph of the detection cabin is vibration deformation which mainly distributed in the middle and the windows of the cabin, and actually the gravel roads show more influence on it. After improving the cabin, the maximum displacement was reduced from 7. 574mm to 4.682mm and the vibration frequency was improved significantly, which can prove the validity of the improvement.
