摘　　要：阐述了高校青年教师专业发展现状,分析了高校青年教师入职教育的必要性及基本要求,提出了高校青年教师入职教育的有效性策略。This paper expounds the current status of the professional development of university’s young teachers, analyzes the necessity of and basic requirements for the career education of university’s young teachers, and puts forward some efficient strategies for the career education of university’s young teachers.
