摘 要:为减少使用难生物降解的表面活性剂,利用脂肪酶YMP(最适p H值8)对绵羊软化裸皮进行脱脂,并测定了脂肪酶单独脱脂、与胰蛋白酶或表面活性剂结合脱脂的脱脂率。结果表明:采用脂肪酶脱脂不会损伤皮胶原,使用安全性好,但2%脂肪酶于35℃单独脱脂90min的脱脂率仅为22.5%,明显低于2%非离子型脱脂剂的脱脂率64.2%。采用2%脂肪酶与2%胰蛋白酶结合脱脂的脱脂率与2%脂肪酶单独脱脂时差不多;而2%脂肪酶与1%非离子脱脂剂结合脱脂具有协同效应,脱脂率接近70%,脱脂效果好。To reduce the surfactants pollution with low biodegradability, bated sheep skin was degreased using lipase YMP ( optimum pH 8 ). The degreasing rates of pelts by lipase, combination of lipase and trypsin, combination of lipase and surfactant, were determined. The results indicate that degreasing with lipase is safe and can prevent pelts from damage. However, the degrea- sing rate degreases by 2% lipase at 35~C for 90 min is only 22.5% , which is much lower than that of the pelt degreased by 2% nonionic surfactant (64. 2% ). The degreasing rate degreases by 2% lipase and 2% trypsin is nearly same as that of the pelt de- greased by 2% lipase YMP itself. The degreasing rate Of pelt degreased by 2% lipase and 1% nonionic surfactant is around 70% due to the synergy between lipase and nonionic surfactant.
