摘  要:为模拟高铁受电弓与接触网间的实际运动,进一步优化弓网性能,设计了高铁受电弓试验台。弓网间的拉出值运动由直线电机模拟,设计了以运动控制板卡为核心的直线电机全闭环伺服控制系统,控制系统采用PID控制方法,抑制干扰,根据实际运行结果进行PID参数整定。最终运行结果表明,直线电机在往复运动时累计误差小于100μm,满足系统设计要求。In order to simulate the real movement of pantograph and catenary, and then optimize its performance, a high-speed rail pantograph catenary platform has been designed. In the design, the lateral movement between pantograph and catenary is simulated by a linear motor. A full closed control system based on Motion Controlling Card is designed ,the control system takes the PID control method and interference signal is restrained .PID parameters are tuned according to the real running results . The final real running results show that during linear motor reciprocating motion, the accumulative error is less than 100μm , which can well satisfy the demand of the system design.
