摘　　要：基于高校学科专业与产业对接模型,分析以产业研究院为龙头,工程技术中心为支撑,面向产业集群发展、产业关键技术、行业技能、人才需求和培训的对接模式。以广东"高端新型电子信息"战略性新兴产业为例,提出高校对接战略性新兴产业的"构建产业研究院-构建工程技术中心-调整人才培养计划"三步骤法,并提出对接的校级制度保障建议以及省级教育、科技政策建议。To optimize the discipline structure, various types of Guangdong university must also be joined with regional modem industrial system. Firstly, the connecting ways with the lead of industry institute, the support with engineer technol- ogy center, and the focus on industry cluster development, key technology, industry skill, demand for talents and training are analyzed based on the model of discipline connected with industry. Secondly, three steps method ＂constructing industry research institute - constructing engineering technology center - adjusting the personnel training plan＂ is proposed by taking Guangdong ＂ high -end electronic information＂ strategic emerging industry as an example. Finally, the school sys- tem guarantee, provincial education, and science and technology policy are recommended.
