摘  要:目的研究和田玫瑰花不同极性部位提取物的抗氧化活性。方法采用不同极性的有机溶剂萃取,将玫瑰花提取物分为氯仿相、乙酸乙酯相、石油醚和水相等4个不同极性部位。分别测定其活性物质总多酚、总黄酮、多糖含量,考察其对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)过氧化体系中抗氧化活性(AOA)的测定和还原Fe3+的能力,并与Vit C进行对照。结果 2 mg·m L-1玫瑰花不同极性部位提取物对羟自由基、超氧阴离子均有不同程度的清除作用,均具一定的还原能力。结论和田玫瑰花不同极性部位具有一定的抗氧化和清除自由基的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the antioxidative activities of the different polarity fractions of extracts from the roseleaf. METH- ODS Different polarities of extracts were obtained by using different polarity solvents, such as chloroform, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether and water. The content of bioactive materials was detected by absorption spectroscopy. Scavenging activities for hydroxyl radicals (·OH) ,superoxide anion radical( O2-·) ,inhibitory effect on PUFA and the reduce ferric ion were used to evaluate the antioxidant activities of different polarity fractions. RESULTS At the same concentration, the different polarity fractions of extracts from the roseleaf showed scavenging activities for·OH,O2-· and inhibitory effect on PUFA and the reduce ferric ion. CONCLUSION The different polarity fractions of extracts from the Hetian roseleaf have certain scavenging activities for·OH, O2-·,and inhibitory effect on PUFA and the reduce ferric ion.
