摘　　要：在民族地区,实行新型农村合作医疗有其特有的历史背景和现实情境,需要和非民族地区特别是发达地区区别对待。本文阐述了民族地区新型农村合作医疗的现状、实施中存在的特殊问题,分析了导致这些问题的原因,提出了解决的对策和建议。There are unique historical background and realistic situation to implement New rural cooperative medical scheme in the ethnic regions of China,and it needs to be treated differently from that in non - ethnic regions especially in the developed areas. This paper analyzes the special implementation problems and the causes of new rural cooperative medical scheme in ethnic regions,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
