摘 要:充分认知教育实习指导教师对实习生的指导职责和指导策略,有助于实习生获取良好的教育实习成效。运用问卷调查的方法,调查了100名实习生对中学地理优质课基本要求、自身教学技能基础和指导需求的认知,提出高校地理教育实习导师职责为:帮助实习生系统整理大学中所学的各门地理专业知识,提高授课内容的准确性;鼓励实习生准确、规范、流畅地表达自己的认识与观点,提高他们的口语表达能力;重点指导实习生开展课堂教学设计和教材分析实践,帮助他们实现从大学生到中学教师的角色转换。此外,提出高校地理教育实习导师的指导策略为:尊重实习生个性,给予针对性指导;言传身教,开展示范教学;关爱宽容,建立平等"师徒"关系。A good knowledge of the duties and strategies of tutors on education practice is helpful for interns' effectiveness of education practice. With questionnaire method, we investigate 100 interns'cognition about the basic requirements for high - quality geography course of middle school, basis of their own teaching skills and their needs for tutors. The study suggests that the duties of universities tutors for guiding geographic education practice are to help interns to systematically reorganize the geographical knowledge learned in university, and improve the accuracy of teaching contents ; to encourage interns to express their views and opinions accurately and smoothly, and improve their oral expression ability; to focus on guiding interns to carry out instructional design and analyze textbook, and help interns converse their roles from college students to middle school teachers. Furthermore, this study also proposes the strategies of universities'tutors for guiding geographic education practice as following: to respect the interns'personalities, and give them targeted guidance; to teach interns by precept and example, and carry out demonstration teaching activity ; to care for interns'lives and tolerate their shortcomings, and build an equal relationship between tutor and intern.
