摘　　要：分析了大学文化以及高校网络文化的内涵及育人功能,阐述了高校网络文化建设的重要性,提出了从价值导向、平台建设、专兼职队伍建设方面加强网络文化建设的举措。This paper analyzes the connotations of the university culture and university network culture, elaborates the importance of the network cultural construction of universities, and proposes network culture building initiatives such as strengthening the value-oriented, platform, and part-time team-building.
