摘　　要：校企合作是市场经济条件下高等职业教育与企业共同发展的必然选择。"订单式"校企合作模式的突出特点在于以就业为导向,以学生利益的实现为中心,达到学校人才培养与企业需求的接轨,学生实践技能与岗位要求的一致。北京劳动保障职业学院与北京燃气集团开展校企合作取得了成功经验,在探索基于"订单式"校企深度合作模式的组织实施、成效分析方面具有现实意义。Cooperation between schools and enterprises is the requirement of mutual development of vocational colleges and enterprises under the condition of market economy.The characteristics of customized training mode of college-enterprise cooperation are employment oriented,students＇interests centered,and perfect in matching employers＇requirement and school cultivation.Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security and Beijing Gas Group have got some successful experience in school-enterprise cooperation,which is significant in exploring the organization mode between schools and enterprises and in evaluating the effectiveness of cooperation.
