摘  要:目的:分析和评价高端模拟人(Emergency care simulator,ECS)结合PBL(problem based learning,PBL)在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法:使用ECS对两组选修班同学进行考核,对照组用普通模拟人按照传统教学模式授课,实验组采用PBL结合ECS的模式授课,比较两组教学效果。结果:实验组考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用PBL结合ECS模式授课,有助于提高学生的临床能力和综合素质水平。Objective:To analyze and evaluate the result that combining PBL(Problem Based Learning) with ECS(Emergency care simulator) was used for the Clinical skills teaching. Methods: Two elective classes students were trained by ECS. The control group was teached by ordinary simulator in the traditional way. The experimental group was teached by combining PBL(Problem Based Learning) with ECS(Emergency care simulator). All the teaching results in the two groups were assessed, then compared. Results: Result of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the different was significant(P~ 0.05). Con- chlsion:By using the teaching of combining PBL(Problem Based Learning) with ECS(Emergency care simulator)can improve students" overall quality level and clinical competence.
