摘 要:利用Pro/E软件建立自动供弹机的三维模型,将模型简化后导入RecurDyn软件中建立其虚拟样机模型,通过实验校核证实该样机模型的正确性;利用故障注入技术建立供弹机主动链轮与弹筒啮合部位及与小滚轮啮合部位在不同疲劳损伤程度下的故障模型,通过对故障模型进行仿真分析,得出链轮磨损对供弹机工作状态的影响,并确定两个关键部位磨损量阀值,对自动供弹机故障机制研究具有参考价值。The virtual prototype model of automatic feeding mechanism was built by introducing its simplified 3D modelestablished by Pro/E software into the software RecurDyn.The correctness of the prototype was validated by comparing thecalculation results of the model and the experimental data.The fault models of chain wheel and barrel meshing area as wellas chain wheel and small roller meshing area were built through the fault injection technique. Simulation analysis of faultmodels was completed, the effect of chain wheel wear on the automatic feeding mechanism was obtained, and the wearthreshold in two key areas was determined ,which provides an reference for the study of fault mechanism of automatic feed-ing mechanism.
