摘　　要：办学体制改革是我国教育领域综合改革的重要内容,是加快发展现代职业教育,构建具有中国特色现代职业教育体系的重要抓手。在各级政府和社会各界的大力推动下,我国职业教育办学体制改革不断推进,但仍存在着战略地位不高、法律体系不健全、指导职教办学体制改革的跨部门政策少、企业办学主体作用不明显等问题。建议从国家战略的高度,落实全面深化改革,贯彻全面推进依法治国,充分发挥市场作用,探索职业院校混合所有制的实现方式,畅通企业参与职业教育渠道等方面,统筹推进职业教育办学体制改革。School-running system reform is an important part of Chinese overall reform of education, and is also an important starting point to accelerate the modern vocational education development and build the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristicss. The energetic efforts at all levels of government and the community have continued to advance vocational education system, but there are still some problems, such as the strategic position is not high, vocational education legal system is not perfect, the cross-sectored policy to guide the school-running system reform of vocational education is few, the school-running principal of business is not obvious, etc. So we suggest, from the height of national strategy, to implement comprehensive deepening reform, implement comprehensively promoting the ruling by law, give full play to market forces, explore the implementation means of mixed ownership of vocational institutions, smooth channels for enterprises to participate in vocational education etc., so as to coordinate the reform of school-running system of vocational education.
