摘  要:目的了解小学生饮食行为和体质现状与营养教育的关系,为普及营养健康教育、提高学生健康水平提供依据。方法以问卷形式调查斗门区实验小学五年级113名学生的饮食态度行为,并针对存在问题开展营养教育。半年后113名对学生饮食行为及营养体质进行复查对比。结果体质指数(Rohrer)平均上升2.19,超重率下降44.25%,偏瘦率下降11.50%;膳食行为不合格率减少39.82%,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多种形式在小学生中开展营养教育,改变不良饮食行为,达到改善体质、健康成长的目的,既有迫切性、必要性又有可行性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the nutrition education and the pupils' dietary behaviors ,the nutrition education and the physical fitness status. Then to provide a basis for improving the health level of the student. Methods Questioned 113 students randomly select- ed from the Doumen District Experimental Primary School about their dietary attitude and behaviors, After the nutrition education, questioned the students again. Results After the nutrition education,the body mass index (Rohrer) rose by 2. 19, overweight rate dropped by 44.25% ,lean rate dropped by 11.50% ,unqualified dietary behavior rate reduced by 39.82%. Imbalance dietary was significantly improved. Conclusion The applica- tion of various nutrition education in primary and secondary school students can change their unhealthy dietary,improve the physique,
