中国特色职业教育体系下现代学徒制构建研究

摘　　要：现代学徒制试点作为中国特色现代职业教育体系建设的重要组成部分和有力抓手,必将带动新一轮的职业教育改革浪潮,推动我国特色现代职业教育体系走向完善与成熟。现代学徒制的试点不是一蹴而就的,需要严肃对待,认真总结经验,完善配套措施,培养社会需求人才,使其更好地服务于国家经济转型和产业技术升级。Modern Apprenticeship pilot, as an important part of the construction and a powerful starting point under the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics, will lead a new round of vocational education reform wave, making modern vocational education system of Chinese characteristics improved and mature. Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship is not easy, and should be taken seriously, this article sums up experience and supporting measures to cultivate needed talents, in order to give more effective service for the country＇s economic transformation and upgrading of industrial technology.
