摘 要:近年来,关于高校去行政化与教授治学的课题已成为学者和社会各界研究及热议的重点。不少学者主张通过推行教授治学、校长治校,以学术权力代替和平衡行政权力,从而实现高校去行政化的目的,建立民主、科学的现代大学治理结构。这是对国家文件的误读,教授治学只有在加强党委领导下的校长负责制的前提下才能实现,它是校长治校的必要的、有益的辅助力量。In recent years, there's a heated discussion among scholars and people from all circles of the society over the topic of de-administration and professors" academic governance in higher education. Many scholars advocate replacing and balancing administrative authority with academic authority by implementing the practice of professors" academic governance and principal's management of the university, in order to realize de-administration in higher education and to establish democratic and scientific modern university governance structure. As a misreading of national documents, professors" academic governance is a necessary and helpful assisting force for principal's management of the university and can only be realized on the premise of principal's responsibility system under the leadership of party committee.
