摘　　要：目前,在严峻的就业形势下,高校本科生在就业过程中出现许多问题,这些问题涉及到高校就业指导的体系建设、专业设置和重视程度等方面,本文通过探讨问题背后的原因,针对性的提出解决高校本科生就业指导问题的对策。At present, in the severe employment situation, undergraduates have been facing many problems in the process of employment. These problems are related to the system construction, the professional setting and the atten- tion degree of University et. This paper will discuss the reasons behind the problems of undergraduates＂ employment guidance and find the solutions to these problems.
