摘　　要：国际贸易专业"全程校企合作"模式是一种高职院校和企业之间深层次合作的人才培养模式,该模式能够实现学校、企业和学生的三方共赢。然而,师资问题是该模式能否成功实施的关键所在,本文就师资问题进行了探讨,分析了"全程校企合作"模式下专、兼职教师面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策。The mode of ＂the whole cooperation of college-enterprise＂ of the international trade major is a kind of deep cooperation mode of the talents training model between vocational colleges and enterprises, as well as a plat- form for the realization of benefits of enterprises, colleges and students. Since the teachers＂ problem is the key to the success of the model, in this paper, we discuss the problems in teachers and put forward the corresponding counter- measures.
