浅谈民族地区高等院校法学实践教学方式的革新——以实务导向型人才培养目标为视角

摘　　要：近年来法学专业蓬勃发展,高校法律院系为社会输送了大量法律人才,在构建法治社会、实施依法治国过程中起到了重要作用。本文通过对法学专业实践教学环节在课程设置、教学方法、学生学习等方面存在问题的剖析,提出了改革民族地区高等院校法学实践教学方式的改革思路。In recent years, law professionals to flourish, for role in building the rule of law, the implementation of the rule mation ideas about the teaching professional practice of law in the society a lot of legal talent, played an important of law process. The article puts forward some refor- higher university in national area through researching the problems about curriculum, teaching methods, student learning of teaching professional practice of law.
