义齿种植在50例口腔修复患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析义齿种植应用于口腔修复治疗中的临床效果。方法随机选取50例口腔修复患者,按照不同的修复方式将患者均分为观察组与对照组(n=25)。观察组采用活动义齿种植法进行修复,对照组采用常规修复法进行修复。在治疗期间,观察2组患者的基牙出血指数、治疗时间及治疗总有效率等,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果经义齿种植修复后,观察组的基牙出血指数为(1.13±0.28),治疗时间为(8.13±0.41)d,口腔功能恢复时间为(5.87±1.16)d,治疗总有效率为96%;对照组的基牙出血指数为(1.52±0.57),治疗时间为(12.46±1.15)d,口腔功能恢复时间为(8.61±1.38)d,治疗总有效率为84%。2组以上指标对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用活动义齿种植法修复口腔,可有效提高患者的口腔咀嚼效率,有利于促进患者口腔功能恢复,效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of denture plant used in oral cavity repair treatment.Methods Randomly selected 50 patients with oral cavity repair, patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the different way of repair, 25 cases in each group. Observation group used activities denture planting method to repair, control group used conventional repair method to repair. The bleeding index of abutment teeth, treatment time and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups during treatment.Results The denture after the implant prosthesis, the abutment teeth bleeding index of observation group was （1.13±0.28）, treatment time was （8.13±0.41） d, oral function recovery time was （5.87±1.16） d, total effective rate was 96%. For the control way of the abutment teeth bleeding index was （1.52±0.57）, treatment time was （12.46±1.15） d, oral function recovery time was （8.61 ±1.38） d, treatment the total effective rate was 84%.Various aspects contrast were signiifcantly different between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The activity denture planting method can effectively improve the efifciency of patients with oral chewing, and it is beneifcial to promote the oral function recovery of patients, it has a very goodeffect, worth of clinical promotion and application.
