黄芪泡腾片的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的摸索黄芪泡腾片的制备工艺。方法通过正交试验确定黄芪的提取工艺，通过筛选确定泡腾片的处方组成。结果黄芪用30％乙醇浸渍24h，6倍量30％乙醇以2．0—2．5mL／min渗滤，收集渗漉液，减压浓缩至稠膏，加0．85倍量糊精真空干燥，粉碎，将主药、泡腾剂、辅料混合均匀、湿法制粒、干燥、加入适量辅料压片，即得。结论该处方简单可行，重复性好，所得片剂符合泡腾片的要求，可用于大生产。Objective To explore the preparation technology of Astragalus Membranaceus Effervescent Tablets. Meth- ods The extraction technology of Astragalus membranaceus was determined by the orthogonal experiments and the formula composition of Astragalus Effervescent Tablets was determined by screening. Results Radix astragali was impregnated with 30% ethanol for 24 h ,percolated by6 times the amount of 30% ethanol at a speed of 2.0~2.5 mldmin ,the diacolation liquid was collect- ed, concentrated to the thick paste by decompression, 0.85 times the amount of dextrin was added for conducting vacuum drying and crushing. The main medicines, effervescent agent and auxiliary materials were mixed, the wet granulation was conducted, dry- ing, adding suitable amount of auxiliary materials for tabletting, the tablets were finally obtained. Conclusion The prescription is simple and feasible with good repeatability, and the obtained tablets conforms to the requirement of effervescent tablets,which can be used for mass production.
