摘 要:目的:建立锁阳多糖咀嚼片中粗多糖含量的测定方法。方法:浓H2SO4水解,4%苯酚溶液显色后,分光光度法测定锁阳多糖咀嚼片中粗多糖含量。结果:锁阳多糖咀嚼片中粗多糖含量测定方法的线性方程为:y=57.317x-0.0114,相关系数为0.9983,线性范围为0.0030~0.0135mg/m L,精密度2.14%,加标回收率为98.97~102.13%。结论:该方法简单、准确,可用于锁阳多糖咀嚼片中粗多糖的测定。Objective: Exploring a efficient method for determining contents of polysaccharide in Cynomorium Songaricum chewable tablets by spectrophotometry. Method: glucose as control article, the content of the polysaccharide in Cynomorium Songaricum's chewable tablets was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The linear equation, related coefficient and range of linearity were y=57.317x-0.0114, r=0.9983, 0.0030~0.0135 mg/m L, respectively. The precision(RSD) was 2.14%. The recoveries obtained were from 98.97 to 102.13%. Conclusion: The method was linear and sensitive for the determination of polysaccharide in Cynomorium Songaricum's chewable tablets.
