摘 要:目的通过对致泻性大肠埃希菌2种检测方法的比较,为今后的细菌鉴定工作提供参考。方法分别按照GB/T4789.6-2003和食源性疾病监测工作手册,检测本市某次因市政施工损坏供水管道,导致的饮水污染事件中分离出的大肠埃希菌。并对结果进行比较分析。结果按照国标方法检出1株EPEC、2株EIEC。按照工作手册进行PCR鉴定后,2株EIEC应为EAEC。结论工作手册采用的PCR技术可提高致泻性大肠埃希菌检测的准确率和及时率,建议修订国标。Objective This work was to compare two detection methods for diarrheagenic Escherichia coli, so as to provide reference for the development of bacteria identification. Methods According to GB/T4789.6-2003 and the foodborne disease surveillance manual, contaminated drinking water resulted from water supply pipeline damage by municipal construction was tested for E.coli.The results were compared and analyzed. Results By the GB method, one EPEC and two EIEC were detected from the contaminated water. With PCR method in accordance with the foodborne disease surveillance manual, the two "EIEC" isolates was identified to be EAEC. Conclusion PCR technology in the foodborne disease surveillance manual showed better accuracy and more timely in the detection of diarrheagenic E.coli. It is recommended here that the national standard should be revised.
