摘　　要：英国中小学校长任职资格培训是专门为有志于从事校长工作的人开设的、延续时间最长、内容最多、程序最复杂的校长培训体系,是获得校长职位的硬性要求。它有着严格的准入条件、严谨的课程设置、科学的评价体系、专业的实施机构,它的成功实施对我国中小学校长资格培训有诸多启发与借鉴。The principal qualification training in the UK provides the opportunities to applicants who are greatly interested in becoming the principals. Among all the principal training projects, this qualification training has the longest duration, most contents and the most complicated program. There are also strict admittance requirement,rigorous curriculum, scientific evaluation system, and the professional implementing？institutions in this training.What it has successfully done in the UK has a lot of inspiration and reference to China’s principal qualification training.
