高校“去行政化”:一个特殊的样本

摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》提出高校要"去行政化"。高校"去行政化"在理论上的探讨已比较充分,但现实中的观照却很少。现实中有一个各级行政领导严重残缺不全的特殊的高校样本,在客观上起到了"去行政化"效果。分析这个样本,并从中获得一些通用的启示,对于推动高校"去行政化"大有裨益。The National Mid-long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan（ 2010—2020） proposes that the higher educational institutions be de-administrative. De-administration of higher educational institutions has been theoretically discussed fairly fully, but observation in the reality is rare. There is a special sample with seriously incomplete of administrative leader in all levels, shows the de-administration effect objectively. Analyzing this sample, and obtaining some general enlightenment will be good for promoting de-administration of higher educational institution.
