摘　　要：高职院校内部质量监控体系已成为一个学校教学体系是否完善的一个重要标志。构建适应高职人才培养要求的教学质量监控体系,采取切实可行的教学监控措施来保障教学质量的稳步提升,一直是所有高职院校和高职教育工作者探讨的重要课题。以高职院校"三级监控、多方评议"立体型教学质量监控体系构建为例,就如何提升高职学院内部教学管理水平进行探讨。Internal quality monitoring system in vocational colleges has become a symbol to check a teaching system perfect or not. It is an important project for vocational colleges and educators to construct a suitable teaching quality monitoring system and carry out some effective measures to guarantee the teaching quality. Taking the system of three- level monitoring and all- round appraising as an example,the paper discussed ways on how to improve the internal teaching management level.
