摘  要:阐述了在研究型大学的本科生中实行导师负责制的必要性、优越性及措施。实行本科生导师负责制有利于学生参与到导师的研究工作中,实现教学与科研的互动。加强本科生实践性训练环节,对培养学生的创新意识和实践能力,构建合理的知识结构十分有利,同时也有利于本科生的素质教育。本科生导师负责制的实施,有利于培养出具有创新能力的杰出人才,是改变我国高等教育现状的一条必然之路。The necessity, advantages and measures for the undergraduate students to practice the tutor’s responsibility system were discussed. It was conducive in the interaction between teaching and scientific research for the students to take part in the research of the teacher. It was advantageous in fostering students’ innovative consciousness and practical abilities, building a reasonable knowledge structure to strengthening undergraduate practical training. It was very helpful in the quality education of the undergraduate students carrying out undergraduate tutor responsibility system. The implementation of undergraduate tutor system is an inevitable road for change of higher education in China.
