摘  要:大学生文化素质教育倡导全面教育,是大学生教育的基础,包含知识、能力、人格三个基本层面,其中人格教育是核心。因此,大学生文化素质教育应坚持以人为本,强化育人意识;提高师资质量,优化师生关系;重视实践环节,化知识为精神;营造优良环境,塑造健全人格,以促使学生形成健全人格,最终实现自由全面发展。Undergraduates' cultural quality education, the basis of undergraduate education, advocates comprehensive education,including three basic levels, i.e. knowledge, ability and personality, with the last one as the core. This education should do the following: adhere to people-orientation and strengthen the awareness of education; improve the quality of teachers and optimize teacher-student relationship; attach great importance to the practice and convert knowledge to spirit; create a good environment and shape healthy personality so as to help students form perfect characters and eventually achieve their free and all-around development.
