应用型高校工程类专业“一师四能”立体化教学体系研究

摘　　要：由于应用型本科工程类专业学生能力与市场需求之间不匹配,导致目前"人才荒"和"就业难"的矛盾日益突出。本文在深入分析学生专业能力培养中的问题,提出了贯穿学生能力培养全过程的"一师四能"立体化课程教学体系,并以材料成型及控制工程专业为例,提出了人才培养的新模式和方法。For the students majored the engineering class in the applied undergraduate university,professional abilities do not match market requirements,which lead to contradiction between shortage of talent and difficulty of employment. In this paper,based on analysis of professional ability,a kind of three- dimensional teaching system called＂an engineer with four professional abilities＂has been proposed. Taking a major of M aterials Forming and Control Engineering for example,a newstyle of talent cultivation has been applied.
