摘 要:根据某车型后悬架硬点和衬套参数,建立了H形臂多连杆悬架动力学模型。采用Isight软件、ADAMS软件以及MATLAB软件联合仿真的研究方法,考察了衬套刚度在同向回正力矩、反向回正力矩、同向侧向力、反向侧向力和制动5个工况下对悬架弹性运动学特性指标的影响。研究得出了H形臂多连杆悬架的各衬套刚度对弹性运动学特性的灵敏度,并总结了该类型悬架弹性运动学特性指标随衬套刚度变化的规律。A H-ann multi-link rear suspension model was established according to the hard points and bushing parameters of a ve- hicle. The influence of bushing stiffness on compliance characteristics of parallel aligning torque condition, opposite aligning torque condition, parallel lateral force condition, opposite lateral force condition and braking condition was studied by using Isight analysis software co-simulation with ADAMS software and MATLAB software. The sensitivity of bushing stiffness on compliance characteristics was studied and the rule of changes of compliance characteristics with bushing stiffness was summarized.
