摘 要:医学生职业精神教育日益受到关注,但要评价职业精神教育效果,需要建立有效的评估体系对医学生职业精神进行持续性评估。为了创建科学合理的医学生职业精神评估体系,在参考美国医学生职业精神标准基础上,根据我国医学职业精神的实际要求进行修改,初步创建了医学生职业精神评估问卷。对评估问卷进行质量分析后,将其用于全国7所医学院校465名实习医学生职业精神的测评。结果显示,该评估问卷具有较好的信度和效度,能基本反映学生的职业精神状况,且评估体系整体上较合理、可行。Education and training of medical students' professionalism is increasingly concerned. To evaluate the effect of professionalism teaching, we should establish an effective evaluation system to make constant assessments for medical students' professionalism. The purpose of this study is to create a scientific and reasonable professionalism evaluation system for medical students. On the basis of professionalism standards of medical students in the US, we have made a modification and created a preliminary evaluation questionnaire according to the actual requirements of medical professionalism in China. After a quality analysis of the assessment questionnaire, we used it to evaluate 465 medical students' professionalism in 7 medical colleges in China. The results showed that the evaluation system has good reliability and validity. It is reasonable and feasible as a whole and can basically reflect the status of Chinese students' professionalism.
