摘 要:我国大学一般被分成研究型、教学研究型和教学型三种办学类型。根据学校自身所处的办学类型定位,实施教师评价是当前大学办学与实践改革必须关注的重点之一。教学研究型大学的特点是教学与科研并重,围绕教学开展研究。对教学研究型大学进行教师评价,应制订校本化的差异性教师评价指标,用评价指标破解教学与科研的矛盾。In China, universities can be divided to research oriented, teaching and research oriented and teaching oriented universities. The research for implementing evaluation on teachers according to the university type is one of the important elements for university reform. Teaching and research oriented university emphasizes on both teaching and research, which carries on the research on teaching. As a conclusion, the strategy of teaching and research oriented university on teachers evaluation is to formulate different teachers evaluation index according to its own characteristics and resolve the contradiction with the index.
