高低温循环对二级增压系统性能影响研究

摘  要:采用一维模拟计算方法,针对级间中冷高低温循环,进行了二级增压系统性能研究。研究结果表明:二级增压压力一定时,中冷器出口温度越高,中冷器压降越大;高压级压气机进口总压一定时,二级增压总压比随中冷器出口温度的上升而下降;中冷器出口温度并不影响低压级压气机效率,而对高压级压气机效率的影响还与其进口总压有关;二级增压系统总效率同时受中冷器出口温度和高压级压气机进口总压的影响。By one dimensional simulation, the performance of a two - stage turbocharging system with different temperature circulations of intercooler was investigated. The results indicate that higher intercooler outlet temperature leads to larger intercooler pressure drop at the same boost pressure, and when the total pressure of high - pressure (HP) compressor keeps constant, the overall pressure ratio decreases as intercooler outlet temperature increases. And with no effects on efficiency of low - pressure (LP) compressor, intercooler outlet temperature joined by inlet total pressure of HP compressor influences its efficiency. Finally both intercooler outlet temperature and inlet total pressure of HP compressor have an effect on total efficiency.
