摘  要:翻转课堂是近年来广受关注的一种教学模式。通过对世界首例运用翻转课堂开展体育教学实验成果的介绍,重点展示了翻转课堂在运动技术习得过程中起到的实际作用和具体效果。总结出翻转课堂对高校体育教学四个方面的启示:翻转课堂的实施过程符合运动技术教学原理;有助于发挥教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用;有助于增加课上锻炼时间,解决讲解与练习的矛盾;有助于弥补教师示范能力偏低的现状。从高校体育教师地位之危;学生学习自觉性之疑;教育观念转变之问三个方面探讨了翻转课堂实施过程中可能遇到的挑战。The flipped classroom is a kind of teaching mode being widely concerned in recent years. Through the world’s first use of flipped classroom developing in physical education experimental results show the actual effect in the classroom to play a tuning motion in the acquisition process and the specific effect. Summarizes four aspects of classroom teaching of college sports turnover turn over process of Enlightenment: implementation class in line with the principles of physical education teaching technology; subject helps to play the leading role of teacher and students; contradictions contribute to the solution of explanation and practice; help to compensate for the teacher shows status fan capacity low. From the physical education teachers in Colleges and universities status crisis; students study consciousness of questioning; the transformation of education idea question three aspects has discussed the flipped classroom implementation may encounter obstacles in the process.
