国外教师教育对我国西部农村教师专业知识拓展的启示

摘　　要：国外教师教育的做法和经验表明,应当通过确立教师职业专业标准、完善教师继续教育法规、制订教师专业发展规划、明确教师知识拓展目标、创新教师继教培训模式、建立完善教师继教体系、建立教师专业发展机构、改革创新师范教育体制、充分发挥网络平台优势等措施来共同实现教师专业知识拓展,这对于拓展我国西部农村教师专业知识、促进西部农村教师专业发展具有重要而现实的借鉴意义。Based on the practice and experience of teacher education in foreign countries,this paper gets the results that teachers' professional knowledge should be developed by taking the following measures: establishing teacher professional standards,improving teachers' continue education laws and regulations,formulating teachers professional development planning,clearing knowledge development goals,innovating teachers' continuing education training mode,establishing a sound system of teacher education,establishing the organization of teachers' professional development,reforming teacher education system,giving full play to the advantages of the network platform,and so on. It has important and realistic significance to expand western rural teachers' professional knowledge,and to promote professional development of teachers in China's western rural areas.
