高职院校学风现状成因分析及对策思考——以厦门海洋职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：学风建设是学生成长成才的基础工程,是学校办学的根本,良好的学风对人才培养发挥着重要的作用。高职学生的学风状况如何,直接影响到高等技术应用型人才培养目标的实现。通过分析当前高职学生学风现状及成因,高职院校可从思想政治教育、成才引导机制、育人环境、教学改革、校园文化建设、服务保障等方面加强高职学生的学风建设。Academic atmosphere building is the foundation of student growth and development, and the basis of school running. A good academic atmosphere plays an important role in talent cultivation. Higher vocational education which aims at cultivating highly-skilled and application-oriented talents has become a significant part of China＇s education system. The present situation of academic atmosphere of vocational students will directly affect the realization of cultivation target for highly-skilled and application-oriented talents. Through analyzing the current situation and causes of vocational students＇ academic atmosphere, the colleges can strengthen the academic atmosphere by enhancing the ideological and political education, talent guiding mechanism, educational environment, teaching reform, campus culture construction and service security.
