摘  要:文章通过分析在职成人学习动机的含义,依据在职成人的学习特点,提出可以根据社会需求调整自我学习动机、借助移动环境树立终身学习理念、利用移动环境学习多样化信息、以积极的学习动机面对成败等四个方面激发在职成人在移动环境下的学习动机,以适应社会发展。With the aim to help adult learners to adapt to the development of society, this paper, through analyzing the connotation of adults' learning motivation based on their learning characteristics, puts forward some measures to inspire their learning motivation from four aspects of adjusting their self learning motivation according to the needs of society, setting up the concept of lifelong learning and learning diversified information with the help of mobile environment, and with a positive learning motivation in the face of success or failure.
