摘 要:针对东南亚华文教育发展的历史和现状,分析多层次、多类型培养华文师资的必要性,阐释该培养模式的含义、目标和意义,论析模式内容、模式建立的理论依据和实施条件,并从实践角度,分析实施效益。Aimed at the Chinese history and current status of educational development in Southeast Asia, the necessity of a multi-level, multi-type Chinese teachers' training is analyzed. As an overseas Chinese teacher training model, the paper also probes the theoretical basis of the model building, illustrates the specific content of the model and analyzes the implementation support of this mode. The main issues dis- cussed in the paper are as follows : Firstly, the background, objectives and significance of a multi-level, multi-type Chinese teacher training in the Southeast Asia; Secondly, the main levels and basic types of the Chinese teacher, and local teacher training model; Thirdly, the supporting multi-layered, multi- Southeast Asian Chinese teacher training support; Fourthly, the analysis of multi-level, multi-type Chi- nese teacher effectiveness.
