摘　　要：地方普通院校的研究生教育是我国研究生教育体系的重要组成部分，但普通院校培养的研究生质量与重点高校相比有一定差距。导致这一现状的原因有多种，本文对影响地方普通院校研究生培养质量的几个主要因素：研究生生源质量、导师学术水平、学校科研设施条件、学术交流环境进行了分析，并提出一些有助于地方高校提高研究生培养质量的措施。Postgraduate education in local universities is an important part of the postgraduate education in our country. But the quality of postgraduate education in local universities is not as good as that of the key universities. There are many reasons responsible for this. In this paper some important factors influencing the quality of postgraduate education in local universities such as the quality of student, the academic level of supervisor, the scientific research condition and the academic communication were analyzed. Some countermeasures contribute to improving the postgraduate education quality were also proposed.
