新建本科院校卓越食品工程师培养教学体系构建的对策研究

摘　　要：围绕如何在新建本科院校中构建培养卓越食品工程师的教学体系这一核心问题,提出了一系列对策,包括重新定位培养目标,修订并完善"卓越工程师人才培养计划",建立"卓越工程师"学校培养体系,建立适合"卓越工程师"培养的企业培养计划和毕业论文(设计)新方案。通过这些举措,初步实现了在新建本科院校中培养卓越食品工程师的教学体系。This paper mainly focus on the core question about how to foster excellent food engineers in newly founded undergraduate college. A series of methods have been put forward, which include the followings, such as relocating foster objectives, revising and improving talent foster plan for excellent food engineer, setting up fostering system of excellent food engineer, setting up industrial fostering plan and thesis or design newly strategies for excellent food engineer. Through these measurements, teaching system of fostering excellent food engineers in newly founded undergraduate college has been realized preliminarily.
