摘 要:以金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)双核菌株G和单核菌株dan3为试验材料,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,比较fvh1和fv-hyd1基因在不同生长发育阶段中的相对表达量差异。实时荧光定量PCR结果显示:基因fvh1在双核菌株G中,菌丝阶段的相对表达量显著高于原基和子实体阶段,而单核菌株dan3中,测试3个阶段的相对表达量无显著差异;基因fv-hyd1在双核菌株G和单核菌株dan3中,原基阶段相对表达量均显著低于子实体阶段,而菌丝阶段表达量未检测到。The relative expression of two hydrophobin-encoding genes, fvhl and fv-hydl, in two strains of Flammulina velutipes (dikaryon G and monokaryon dan3) was compared during the mycelium running, primordium and fruit body formation stages using quantitative real-time PCR. Relative expression levels of fvhl in dikaryon O were significantly higher during the mycelium running stage compared to the primordium and fruit body formation stages, whereas no significant differences were observed in the monokaryon dan3. Fv-hydl expression levels were highest during the fruit body formation stage in both the dikaryon and monokaryon, significantly lower during primordium development and not detectable during mycelium running.
